These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Nippy.tools governing access to and use of https://nippy.tools and related subdomains and services (the “Site”), including our URL shortener, link directory, forum, and other tools.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a personal project. We may add, change, or shut down features without notice. We do not promise any particular uptime, backup, or support.
Some areas (for example the forum) may require an account. Other areas, including short-link redirects, may be used without an account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use the Site if you are barred from doing so under U.S. law.
If you create a forum or other account, you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at abuse@nippy.tools if you believe your account was compromised. We may suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.

A short URL on the Site is a pointer. Clicking it sends you to a destination we may not own or review.
If you follow a short link: you do so at your own risk. Inspect the destination when your browser shows it. We are not responsible for third-party sites, files, downloads, or accounts you reach through a redirect.
If you create a short link: you represent that you have the right to share the destination and that the destination complies with these Terms. You remain responsible for that destination even after we host the keyword.
We may log clicks (see the Privacy Policy), publish aggregate stats, and disable a keyword that we believe is abusive, unused, or harmful.
Short keywords and click data on the Site are not your exclusive property. Do not rely on a short URL as a permanent, guaranteed redirect.
You keep ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the forum and the Site.
You are responsible for your posts. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. Opinions on the forum are those of the authors, not Nippy.tools.
We are a provider of an interactive computer service. We may, but are not obligated to, moderate content. Removal of one post is not a promise that we will monitor the rest.
The Site’s design, branding, original text, and software configuration are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy the Site wholesale. Short quotations with credit are fine. Third-party marks (Amazon, YouTube, and so on) belong to their owners.
Bible text and similar reference material may be subject to the license of the translation or source we use. That license, not these Terms, controls reuse of that text.
The Site links to third-party websites and may load third-party resources (fonts, embeds, CDNs, login or mail providers). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not a party to your relationship with them.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT REDIRECTS WILL REACH THE DESTINATION YOU EXPECT, THAT STATS ARE COMPLETE, OR THAT THE FORUM WILL RETAIN YOUR POSTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIPPY.TOOLS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TWENTY-FIVE U.S. DOLLARS ($25).
SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITS. IN THOSE PLACES, THE LIMITS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your content, your short links, or your violation of these Terms or the law.
You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end access, delete data, or disable keywords at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4–7 and 10–15) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that forbids that choice of venue, the mandatory courts of your home jurisdiction may apply instead.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms. You may not assign them without our consent. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
